Wood & Bembry LLC was formed in 2013 by William B. Wood and Morgan Wood Bembry.  Bill spent 30 years with a large Atlanta law firm before moving his practice to Lawrenceville in 2011.  Morgan joined him from an intellectual property firm in Atlanta in order to focus on business law and develop an estate planning and probate practice.



We advise businesses in the areas of corporate formation and organization, contracts and transactions, trademark and copyright protection, mergers and acquisitions, and state and local taxation.  We also offer experience in state legislative law.  For individuals, we provide services in wills, trusts, and estate planning and administration.
